Authors' Guidelines

Author Registration: (Notice: Registration is closed)

  • Registration Guidelines:
    • Option-1: Direct Bank Deposit or Option – 2: Electornic Payment (easy and preffered)

* If Option-1: Direct Bank Deposit option is choosen, please send the proof of bank deposit receipt with corresponding paper id to registrationchair@icca.aiub.edu and info@icca.aiub.edu . For ICCA bank details, click on Registration and Payment Link (Notice: Registration is closed).
* Else if Option-2: Electornic Payment Method is choosen, there is no need to send any email, the process is completely automated. After the payment an email will be sent to you automatically. For Electronic Payment Method, click on Registration and Payment Link (Notice: Registration is closed Now).

  • Non-author conference attendee fee is $25 USD (Equiv. 2000 BDT).
  • Poster Registration fee is $60 USD (Equiv. 5000 BDT).
    > Poster registration procedure is the same as paper registration.
    > Poster extended abstract (must not exceed 2 pages long, same template as paper template), upload camera ready poster extended abstract same as paper submission
    > Poster should be prepared using poster presentation template and printed A1 size by author and bring during poster presentation session
