Online-payment notice: The fees above are base registration fees in USD. At checkout, the fee is converted to BDT at ICCA's fixed rate of 1 USD = 123 BDT. A 3.5% handling fee is added to every transaction and is itemized before the author proceeds to payment.

Multiple Paper Registration Policy:

One Registration Per Paper:

One author registration is required for each accepted paper to be included in the conference program and proceedings.

Discount Structure:

For authors presenting multiple accepted papers, the full registration fee applies to the first paper. A 50% discount will be applicable to the second and subsequent papers registered under the same author. During online registration, authors must clearly provide the Paper IDs of all associated papers.

To avail this discount, authors must ensure that the same registered author/presenter is listed as an author and associated with all papers included under the discounted registration request.

Co-authors and Additional Attendees:

If any co-author or author other than the registered presenter wishes to attend the conference, they must register separately as a Non-author Conference Attendee. In this case, the participant will receive a conference kit, meals/refreshments, access to conference sessions and events.

Certificates and Participation Benefits:

Certificates of presentation will only be issued to the registered presenting author. Non-author attendees will receive a certificate of attendance.

Please note that a discounted multiple-paper registration entitles the registered author to only one conference kit, one set of meals/refreshments, and a single conference participation access, regardless of the number of papers registered.
