Authors' Guidelines

ICCA aims at high-quality novel research work from academics, students, and industry experts to establish itself as a major international conference in Computer Science and Information Technologies. Authors are welcomed to submit their novel, innovative, significant research outcomes in the field of Computer Science and Information Technology. The essential useful information of paper preparation and submission for authors in ICCA 2022 are outlined here. Please check the call for paper for major tracks and sub-tracks

Types of Papers:

ICCA usually accepts 2 types of papers which are -

  • Full paper(6-8 pages)
  • Short paper / Extended Abstracts(4 pages)

ACM Copyrights Form Submission and Camera Ready Submission:
  • ACM uses an automated rights management form collection system for ACM published proceedings.
  • ACM already sent an automated email (from rightsreview @ acm.org) to lead author for copyright form submission. Please check your email. At the end of that email there is a link, please click on that and follow instruction.

    1. ACM will send an email containing copyright and DOI information for both MS Word and latex format.
    2. Please include that copyright and DOI information in your camera ready paper and resubmit camera ready paper (MSWord/Latex Source file, PDF file, all images) as a zip file in Microsoft CMT as before (click paper submission link). Submission deadline:

The updated submission deadline and camera-ready submission deadline are published in the important dates section of this website.

Paper Submission Procedure:

A paper must be submitted by logging into Microsoft CMT. The submission link will be updated here soon.

Review process:

All submitted papers will be peer-reviewed through a double-blinded review procedure using Microsoft CMT to ensure an unbiased and fair review. The reviewer will emphasize on the originality, contribution significance, technical merit, and clarity of the submitted papers. Therefore, the submitted papers should not include any author details. The author details should only be filled out in the Microsoft CMT submission form.

Camera Ready Submission:

Upon acceptance notification, authors will have to prepare a camera-ready version of their paper (incorporating the feedback provided by reviewers) for publication in ACM Digital Library (https://dl.acm.org). Detailed instructions on camera-ready version can be found by the following link: Instructions.

Any additional camera-ready procedure such as ACM Rights Transfer Form will be updated here later.

Author Registration:

All accepted papers MUST be registered and then presented at the conference. No paper will be included in the proceedings without presentation at the conference. Therefore, at least one author of each accepted paper must register to the conference. Please check the registration procedure, registration fees, and registration deadlines in the author registration link (will be provided here later on). For any further queries, please contact the registration chair for assistance.

Presentation Template:

Authors may follow this PPT presentation template which is optional.

Publication Indexing:

All accepted, registered, and presented papers will be submitted to ACM Digital Library (https://dl.acm.org) for publication.

Travel Grants:

Foreign student authors presenting AI papers in ICCA 2022 are eligible to submit the application form to SIGAI travel grants. A limited number of student authors will be awarded this partial grant. To apply for this grant, please visit and follow instructions at Travel Grants Instructions
